IntroductionCapeTalk.net is a compilation of Cape Cod information. We have taken every effort to make sure our information is accurate. However, CapeTalk.net accepts no liability for errors or exclusions in out content. The information, when recorded, was accurate and may have changed over time. If you notice a problem, please let us know via the contact us page so we can fix the error.
We also host a large amount of contact information for both hotels and restaurants. CapeTalk.net is not affiliated with these companies in any way; they are included on our site as a convenience for users. Also, links from our website to other sites are present because we feel these places have relevant content. We do not, though, have any control of their policies.

On CapeTalk.net, we collect a limited amount of personal data. These items include your name, email address and birth date. We require these items to regulate user input into our site. WE DO NOT ASK FOR ITEMS LIKE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS.
For instance, we use personal information to allow you to post in forums, or leave comments on Cape Cod items.

CapeTalk.net currently has no mailing lists, and if you receive and email from us it is likely for one of these reasons:

- Someone you know sent you a link to one of our pages (mail to a friend feature)
- You left a comment in a forum, and someone has replied to it
- You sent us an actual message that you expect a response from CapeTalk.net
Also, whenever you as a user enters your email address, it is usually to ensure that you are not a spammer (hijacking our mail servers). Again, we are extremely careful to protect your personal information.
